Questions surveyors actually ask

What file formats can I upload?: LAS and LAZ, every version. We handle the conversion to a streaming format on our end. If your software exports it, we take it.
How big can a file be?: There is no per-file cap. A single upload can use your whole storage allowance if that is how your work comes in. Only your total storage matters.
Do my clients need accounts?: No. Links open instantly in any modern browser. Nobody on the receiving end ever signs up, installs anything, or pays anything.
What happens when I hit my limit?: Uploads block until you delete something or upgrade. That is all. Nothing you have stored is ever deleted automatically, and your existing links keep working.
How does billing work?: Monthly through Stripe, cancel anytime in the billing portal. If you cancel, your links keep working through the end of the period you paid for.
