Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free accounts get 2GB and 2 stored files with every feature: streaming viewer, measurement, annotations, password links. Shared links carry a small ViewerFX badge. No card required. Upgrading adds storage and removes the badge.

What file formats can I upload?

LAS and LAZ, every version, plus E57, PLY, PCD, PTS and PTX. Everything is converted to a streaming format on our end, so a FARO or Leica E57 export shares the same way a drone LAZ does.

How big can a file be?

There is no per-file cap. Customers run 4 GB LAS files and 500-million-point corridor surveys through the Starter plan today. A single upload can use your whole storage allowance if that is how your work comes in. Only your total storage matters.

Do my clients need accounts?

No. Links open instantly in any modern browser, straight from a Teams chat, an email, or a text. Nobody on the receiving end ever signs up, installs anything, or pays anything.

Can my whole team use one account?

Yes. Every plan includes one admin seat, the owner. Add more admins at the plan price each, and users at $25 a month each, from the Members page; yearly plans bill seats yearly. Admins manage members and every file, users upload, share and annotate. Everyone sees the same point clouds. The people you send links to still never need a seat.

Who can see my data?

Only people you give a link to. Links are unguessable tokens, can carry a password, and you can revoke them at any moment.

Can I get my data back out?

Yes. The optimized file is a valid LAZ you can download anytime. Delete a file and it is gone from storage.

What happens when I hit my limit?

Uploads block until you delete something or upgrade. That is all. Nothing you have stored is ever deleted automatically, and your existing links keep working.

How does the free trial work?

Every paid plan starts with 7 days free. A card is required at checkout, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. One trial per account.

How does billing work?

Monthly or yearly through Stripe, and yearly is two months free. Switch plans anytime. Upgrades charge only the prorated difference and your renewal date stays the same. Switching between monthly and yearly starts a new cycle that day, with unused time credited. If you cancel, your links keep working through the end of the period you paid for.
